Direct Services

Mercy's Gate offers ministry sessions at specific times throughout the week:

• Monday: 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

• Wednesday: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

• Thursday: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

• Friday: 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. (only the pantry is open)

Housing assistance is only offered on Mondays along with all other services.

To secure an appointment, a random drawing is held at the beginning of each ministry session. The number of names drawn is based on the available appointments and resources. Households can enter either the Food Pantry drawing or the Direct Services drawing. Arriving early does not provide an advantage, and if an appointment is received, the entire session should be attended as each direct services appointment lasts approximately an hour.

To access any services, a valid photo ID is required. Additionally, Mercy's Gate reserves the right to reduce or withhold certain services if household composition is compromised by incomplete information or duplicate names.
