Every year, Mercy’s Gate joins COSILoveYou and 70 other churches, businesses, and non-profits for the annual Backpack Bash. This event supports families across El Paso County, helping their students start the school year with a FREE new backpack and the supplies they need for a successful beginning.
In addition to receiving backpacks and school supplies, families can learn about many of the organizations in El Paso County, including Mercy's Gate, that can help them year-round.
The event happens twice this year: once on July 27, 9 AM – 12 PM at Sand Creek High School and again on August 3, 9 AM – 12 PM at multiple locations. Families MUST pre-register their kids, and the kids MUST be with them to get their free backpacks of supplies.
