Pikes Peak 2-1-1

This important service provides toll-free, one-call access to over 400 service providers across six East-Central Colorado counties. Dial 2-1-1 or 719-955-0742 or search online. 2-1-1 is a service of the Pikes Peak United Way.

Colorado PEAK

PEAK is an online service for Coloradans to screen and apply for medical, food, cash and early childhood assistance programs.

Pikes Peak Workforce Center connects job seekers with local employers. They provide job search and training opportunities at no cost.

Low-income Energy Assistance Program (LEAP)

LEAP is a federally funded program that assists low-income earners with utilities.

El Paso County Department of Human Services

The department of human services offers citizens of El Paso County access to a wide range of support services including food stamps, temporary cash assistance, housing resources, Medicaid enrollment and more. To access most services, citizens should visit their service center to connect with a case worker. The Citizen Service Center is open on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is located at 1675 W. Garden of the Gods, Colorado Springs, CO 80907. Call 719-636-0000 with any questions.

Colorado Crisis Services

Colorado Crisis Services provides free, confidential, and immediate support from trained professionals and peer specialists, 24/7/365, by calling 844-493-TALK (8255) or texting TALK to 38255. Colorado residents can also seek in-person services at our walk-in centers, regardless of paying ability. If you don’t know where to begin getting help with a mental health, substance use, or emotional concern—for you or for someone you know—start here.

Peak Vista Community Health Centers

Peak Vista Community Health Centers is a nonprofit Federally Qualified Health Center, and a leading advocate for individuals and families with limited access to quality care in the Pikes Peak and East Central regions of Colorado. Our medical team provides patient-centered medical, dental and behavioral health services in a collaborative team setting for people of all ages. We proudly serve over 81,000 patients through several outpatient centers in Colorado's Pikes Peak and East Central regions.

Mission Medical Center

Our organization provides free healthcare services, including primary care, behavioral health, dentistry, free medications, and more. Our goal is to ensure that everyone can access healthcare regardless of their ability to pay.

SET Family Medical Clinics

SET Family Medical Clinics serves all low-income, uninsured, and underinsured people, regardless of their ability to pay full price for services. SET has a discounted sliding fee schedule for those with limited financial resources. We do not discriminate based on an individual’s race, color, gender, national origin, disability, religion, or sexual orientation. We accept Medicaid and the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHP+). We also offer integrated behavioral health and have an on-site dental hygienist for cleanings and x-rays.

Colorado Community Health Alliance

Colorado Community Health Alliance (CCHA) was founded in 2010 specifically to meet the needs of Health First Colorado (Colorado’s Medicaid Program) members. CCHA combines the extensive resources of Elevance Health, Centura Health, Physician Health Partners and Primary Physician Partners. Our partnership brings an influential blend of primary care providers, specialists, hospitals, behavioral health services and medical/behavioral health management services to drive innovation within the Medicaid delivery system. Elevance Health – an accredited NCQA Managed Behavioral Healthcare Organization that manages Medicaid behavioral health programs Centura Health – the largest health system in Colorado Physician Health Partners – a local primary care focused management services organization Primary Physician Partners – an Independent Practice Association with more than 200 primary care physicians

Colorado Homeowners Emergency Mortgage Assistance Program

The Emergency Mortgage Assistance Program uses federal Homeowner Assistance Funds to help homeowners affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, get caught up on past-due housing/mobile home payments, property taxes, lot rent, insurance and housing utilities.

The Salvation Army - Colorado Springs Corps

The Salvation Army Family Services, Feeding Services, Sheltering and Supportive Housing, and Emergency Assistance services are available to people of all ages. In addition to addressing the immediate symptoms of food insecurity, poverty, and homelessness, our programs are designed to help identify and treat its root cause. This approach focuses on meeting the physical, mental and spiritual needs of each person and helps move many from hungry to fully healed.
