El Paso County Department of Human Services
The department of human services offers citizens of El Paso County access to a wide range of support services including food stamps, temporary cash assistance, housing resources, Medicaid enrollment and more. To access most services, citizens should visit their service center to connect with a case worker. The Citizen Service Center is open on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is located at 1675 W. Colorado Crisis Services provides free, confidential, and immediate support from trained professionals and peer specialists, 24/7/365, by calling 844-493-TALK (8255) or texting TALK to 38255. Peak Vista Community Health Centers is a nonprofit Federally Qualified Health Center, and a leading advocate for individuals and families with limited access to quality care in the Pikes Peak and East Central regions of Colorado. Our medical team provides patient-centered medical, dental and behavioral health services in a collaborative team setting for people of all ages. We proudly serve over 81,000 patients through several outpatient centers in Colorado's Pikes Peak and East Central regions.

Our organization provides free healthcare services, including primary care, behavioral health, dentistry, free medications, and more. Our goal is to ensure that everyone can access healthcare regardless of their ability to pay.
SET Family Medical Clinics
SET Family Medical Clinics serves all low-income, uninsured, and underinsured people, regardless of their ability to pay full price for services. SET has a discounted sliding fee schedule for those with limited financial resources. We do not discriminate based on an individual’s race, color, gender, national origin, disability, religion, or sexual orientation. We accept Medicaid and the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHP+). We also offer integrated behavioral health and have an on-site dental hygienist for cleanings and x-rays.

Colorado Community Health Alliance (CCHA) was founded in 2010 specifically to meet the needs of Health First Colorado (Colorado’s Medicaid Program) members. CCHA combines the extensive resources of Elevance Health, Centura Health, Physician Health Partners and Primary Physician Partners.
