Direct Services

Mercy's Gate offers ministry sessions at specific times throughout the week:

• Monday: 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

• Wednesday: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

• Thursday: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

• Friday: 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. (only the pantry is open)

Housing assistance is only offered on Mondays along with all other services.

To secure an appointment, a random drawing is held at the beginning of each ministry session. You don't need to be early but you must be at the ministry when the doors open to participate in the drawing. The number of names drawn is based on the available appointments and resources. Households can enter either the Food Pantry drawing or the Direct Services drawing. If an appointment is received it should last approximately an hour but you should plan on staying the entire session. Again, arriving early does not provide an advantage but you must be in line when the doors open at the beginning of each session

A valid photo ID is required for all services. Additionally, Mercy's Gate reserves the right to reduce or withhold certain services if household composition is compromised by incomplete information or duplicate names.
